KPI Advanced Monitoring

This module shows a dashboard with specific information on processes (for instance catering, cleaning) and subjects (like costs, customer satisfaction etc.) based on predefined Key performance indicators (KPI’s). We know that different organisations use different KPI’s, which means that a highly flexible system is required. First we ask the client; what do we measure, where do we collect the required information and what is the standard for excellent, good or inadequate. Within this module we can use sampling, counting, questionnaire results, customer reviews etc. to collect the required information.

User Defined Reporting (UDR)

The User Defined Reporting (UDR) module allows the administrator to create specific reports. This is based on existing reports but also on a set of new UDR report templates for modules such as Service Desk, Reservations, Purchase Orders, Invoices, etc.
