All people involved within the organization, and perhaps also suppliers outside your organization, are well informed and have all necessary information at their disposal. With this information you can steer whenever necessary to increase the efficiency and effectivity of your service. Realtime information can be represented graphically in adjustable dashboards. In this way you will get the information at a glance to see how your department is functioning at the moment, or if SLA’s are realized.
Management information is of great value to any organization. Facilitor Analyzer is a powerful tool for business analysis. It is quickly implemented and simple to use, but very powerful. The KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) you define can quickly be translated into a standardized and user-friendly display of the results, in different graphical forms.
Real-time Monitor can graphically display virtually all information within FACILITOR. Through customizable dashboards you can see at a single glance how your department is currently performing. You can make adjustments based on SLA times, acceptance times, number of outstanding notifications, etc. We can also create custom dashboards for you.
This module shows a dashboard with specific information on processes (for instance catering, cleaning) and subjects (like costs, customer satisfaction etc.) based on predefined Key performance indicators (KPI’s). We know that different organisations use different KPI’s, which means that a highly flexible system is required. First we ask the client; what do we measure, where do we collect the required information and what is the standard for excellent, good or inadequate. Within this module we can use sampling, counting, questionnaire results, customer reviews etc. to collect the required information.
The User Defined Reporting (UDR) module allows the administrator to create specific reports. This is based on existing reports but also on a set of new UDR report templates for modules such as Service Desk, Reservations, Purchase Orders, Invoices, etc.
