Maintenance involves a lot of activities such as planning, maintenance, energy management and billing. All information in one system and being able to execute all necessary tasks offers a lot of time saving and convenience.
The Object Management module can be used to record, manage and classify any object (equipment, inventory, extinguishers, etc). What data is stored for each object is fully user-configurable. Logs of data changes and faults are automatically kept for each object and each object has an integrated link to Service Management Enterprise, FACILITOR Graphics and Contract Management.
This module is an extension to Object Management, and defines the different types of inspections of an object, such as statutory inspections, periodic maintenance and MOTs, along with the cycles in which the inspections should take place. Inspectors can use the inspection schedule to see which objects need to be inspected, and when. They can log when an inspection has taken place, along with any comments they might have. In the properties of an object, both the inspections that need to be carried out as well as those that have been carried out are shown. FACILITOR ensures that the right person is alerted to the fact that it's time for an inspection.
A facility department enters into many contracts with suppliers, tenants and maintenance companies. Proper management of contractor data, duration, conditions, price levels, etc. are essential and contribute to a professional operation. FACILITOR distinguishes several types of contracts such as maintenance contracts, leases, supply contracts, service level agreements, and framework contracts.
The Key Management module allows keys and cylinders of doors, cabinets and fences to be registered. Who has which keys in their possession, who has access to what room, how many and which keys are in circulation and how many are there still available? Al these questions can be answered with professional key management.
While companies preferably strive for just-in-time deliveries, the need to hold a (limited) amount of certain items in stock is often unevitable. Facilitor supports an Inventory Management module for multiple warehouses in different locations and can notify the administrator when exceeding a minimum stock.
This module is designed for an issues desk to register temporary lendings of facilities and equipment, without ending time. These facilities can be anything from laptops to keys, and company cars to bicycles.
Energy meters must be periodically read and their readings published. FACILITOR has a handy application designed to read meters, from multiple devices and multiple locations, periodically and automatically and present the collected data to the administrator. This provides a realistic picture of the water and energy consumption of your organization. By comparing your energy consumption to standards you can establish a policy that aims lead to savings on energy costs.
