The Object Management module can be used to record, manage and classify any object (equipment, inventory, extinguishers, etc). What data is stored for each object is fully user-configurable. Logs of data changes and faults are automatically kept for each object and each object has an integrated link to Service Management Enterprise, FACILITOR Graphics and Contract Management.

Inspections

This module is an extension to Object Management, and defines the different types of inspections of an object, such as statutory inspections, periodic maintenance and MOTs, along with the cycles in which the inspections should take place. Inspectors can use the inspection schedule to see which objects need to be inspected, and when. They can log when an inspection has taken place, along with any comments they might have. In the properties of an object, both the inspections that need to be carried out as well as those that have been carried out are shown. FACILITOR ensures that the right person is alerted to the fact that it's time for an inspection.

Proper management of contractor data, duration, conditions, price levels, etc. are essential and contribute to a professional operation. The Key Management module allows keys and cylinders of doors, cabinets and fences to be registered.
